★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice development in a super central location in the heart of District 3. Redhill MRT is just 2 to 3 minutes walk away, along with the wet market, eateries, supermarkets and all the amenities you could want.
The highlight of the development is the infinity pool on the 40th floor. You simply must check it out!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice living environment for my family, friendly team of security that greets you. Very often, when I return home late with a sleepy son and bags, the guards will hurry to help me open the doors. Blessed with warm and friendly neighbours too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet and not crowded surrounding with complete facilities & amenities. Hawkers and wet markets are just crossed the street in Rehdill 85. Some restaurants and FairPrice in Arta Redhill MRT is just few minutes walk. Strategic location. Interior and layout of the rooms are very good, just nice with light colors. I feel spacious though the size is just 678 sqf for 2BR. Good for those who like exercise outdoor, just cross the street, along the PCN Alexandra can go to central MBS or Queenstown Dawson. Feel therapeutic each time reach home sweet home after work, feel relaxing even just at home / or working from home. MA, MCST and security are good, better than my previous condo, they follow BCA rules and for the harmony living of all owners/ residents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As an owner (non MCST), I am very pleased with the MCST and MA. Those who feedback that the Mgt had imposed "crazy rules" are the super minority who are self centred. Rules are put in place to safeguard the best interests of the residents.
Noted some comments that chairs are removed from the skypool during Covid-19. With the amazing view, do we want to encourage all residents to gather in big clusters, break the safe distancing rules and have a big infection in the estate?
