Tasty authentic taiwanese food. Portion size a little smaller than average. Don’t mind paying slightly higher price for normal portion. but taste good!

Delicious Taiwanese fare, easily the best stall there is in the kopitiam where it’s located. The Mee Sua broth is good, full of bonito flavor, and the Lu Rou Fan has a great five spice powder taste too. However, please note that their chili is very spicy. My husband and I are self proclaimed good spice eaters, but even we had trouble with their 25% spice. Start with no spice or ask for the spice powder to be given on the side or something— the spice is no joke!

Emo cutlet rice was nice, crispy and well seasoned chicken. Oyster mee sua was a miss for me. Oysters were huge but tasted a little fishy, gravy was nice thou.

We ordered Braised Pork Rice, Emo Chicken Chop Rice, XXXL Chicken Chop and Sour Plum Sweet Potato. The salted vegetables in the Braised Pork and XXXL Chicken were spicy, so be careful when asking for more chilli. While the food were generally good, the rice for the Braised Pork and Emo Chicken Chop were kind of mushy. Not sure that was the normal standard or they were off that day.

Recommend their oh lua mee sua. Taste delicious oh lua very fresh. For the chicken those who can’t take spicy could go for 10% or 25% as anything higher you can prepare a tissue

Visited yesterday but it was quite long queue. It looks good. Too bad I didn't bring any cash with me and only phone. Didn't see paynow sign and I didn't queue there. Wanted to try their foods. Will come again next time to order some from them.

Popular Taiwan food in the neighbourhood. Food served fresh and hot The fried chicken chop can be quite spicy even at 50% level

Ordered their braised pork knife cut noodle (刀削面) and emo chicken chop. The lady asked “要辣吗?” for the noodle, I said 少辣 (less spicy) but end up it was pretty spicy, but bearable for me. Noodle texture was just right, not too soft or firm, braised pork was flavourful and tasty. But I’m not really satisfied with the chicken chop because it’s not very meaty and lots of flour.
