Discovered this place unexpectedly when I was about to go home on a Sunday night but wanted to have a massage after a very tiring day and surprisingly, the massage was good. I would highly recommend Leon.

Bought a package previously and then booked and went for 1-hour body massage twice. Massage skills wise is decent but had other issues. 1st time, I called earlier during the day to make a reservation but turns out the receptionist booked me for the incorrect timeslot and duration and so I had to wait at the reception for over 30 minutes. 2nd time, we arrived 10 mins early but the masseuse only came into the room close to 10 mins late but stopped on the dot so we only had about 50 mins instead of the full 60 mins massage. We immediately got dressed and went downstairs within 3 mins to explain to the receptionist our concern with the massage duration. Despite having shown her evidence using timestamps of my Whatsapp messages before the massuese arrived, the receptionist denies that the masseuse was close to 10 mins late and finished early according to their CCTV records. Due to the unpleasant experience for the above 2 sessions, I have requested the receptionist to refund my remaining package and for a chat with their manager. However, she refused to contact her manager and just explain that they will just refund my remaining package in cheque. I highly recommend against visiting this spa as their professionalism is heavily lacking.

My huband and I have been to alot of massage places, just now we had a massage here, and masseur no.5 and no.7(Xue Er) were assigned to us. These are the WORST masseur we have ever met !!! Especially No.5, her attitude was so arrogant and the way she massage is just simply brushing her hand all over you. This is ridiculous. When i requested her to apply more strength she just simply speed up her movement without any effort. Again I requested to apply more strength and she just replied in a very impolite manner that I can change a masseur. Thanks god!!! I did change and the new masseur (NICOLE) was so much better!!!

Service standards from masseurs have dropped drastically. It felt as though they were overworked, barely exerted strength during the session, and just focused on 1 spot. Not really worth the money. 2 stars only for the nice environment.

Massage service is decent but not too sure why they have to collect the full IC when most massage centers have moved on to last 4 characters

By far the worse massage spa! The front lady was so rude when I asked about the direction. Google map guided me to a different building and I couldn’t find this place. This lady blamed me for not finding the correct place. After payment, she said “toilet is over there” I followed that and couldn’t find a room for massage. I told her I couldn’t find a room for massage. Again, she raised her voice and said “I told you that one is for toilet”. I really wanted to say “I’m here for massage not toilet. Why did you even point that direction in the first place then?” A lot of miscommunication and rude verbal and behavioral issues. The worst.

i have frequent the place for almost a few years. on and off i will go for foot massage over here. apparently I have realised a drastic drop in the standard of massage. It used to be very good, but now it has become a not so enjoyable session for me. If the management does see all of our comments, I think it should be time for them to do something about the service level and standard of the massage.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, at most mediocre. 1. 12:30am 90 min session. my masseuse kept falling asleep as her strength will decrease suddenly and then lose grip. 2. Bad Massage: very inconsistent massage patterns, both me and my partner feel our masseuse kept massaging our bones/tendons instead of the muscles. while massaging, the pain level for some areas were 8/10, some were just 0/10. overfocusing on some areas while some areas never massage. 3. No Basic Resources: asked for plain water to drink but the staff say no, told us to go opposite location & buy after massage. 4. Impatience: after massage ended, staff rushed us to get dressed quickly. clearly they just want to end shift quick. 5. Bad Customer Service: the whole time, staffs did not greet us or check to ask if we are fine. finish already also no simple "goodbye" or "thankyou" all this for a total of $208 for 2 pax (inclusive of oil) is SO NOT WORTH IT. rather go Spa Nes or G Spa.
