β β β β β Have been using their products for years. Wanted to buy a filter for my machine as it's due for replacement.
Firstly the operating hours isn't accurately reflected on Google site. When I called to enquiry, the staff brushed me off with excuses (google cannot update and all).
After understanding their closure hours from the staff, I tried to inform my arrival timing. I mentioned being 5-10mins later due to peak hour traffic. Staff isn't friendly at all. 6.30pm closure and that's that. No room for flexibility despite understanding my plight. I recall I didn't receive such treatment when I was considering to buy the machine though.
No matter how good your water is, customer service is equally as important.
Suggest potential customers to take into account post customer service as a consideration when purchasing.
Utterly disappointed.
