โ โ โ โ โ staff name James is RUDE. always hang up the call when people is talking or even when I'm talking he just pass the phone to other staff and even mentioned that woman again in Chinese tone! change more than 2 times still can deliver wrong item. called to inform about the wrong items yet they asked me to accept wrong item after payment is made! terrible service!

โ โ โ โ โ If I am able to provide 0 stars and post this comment, i will do it. Submitted a RFQ to Eng Guan Hardware. Their sales staff, James submitted a one liner quotation, with just the price only. Double check whether their quote matches the material requested, reply was price and can we deliver now? No explanation was done about the difference in material until I was about to issue the PO to them. In the end, i had to cancel the order. Bad customer service and poor attitude. Recommend to all not to buy anything from them.
