โ โ โ โ โ Very prompt and detailed follow-up email response on my enquiry on aluminium plates and flat bars. Prices were reasonable and was impressed with the range of aluminium products offered. Even though I confirmed the order on a Friday, they will still able to get the aluminium products delivered to my site on Saturday. Every coordination and delivery was seamless.

โ โ โ โ โ I have ordered stainless steel and aluminium products from them a couple of times. Their service is good and they always managed to accommodate my requests. Be it angle bars or stainless steel plates, they are able to cut to length to meet my business needs. Highly recommend!

โ โ โ โ โ I ordered u-channels for two of my projects, for construction use. We gave them the drawings and even sketch out the exact measurements of u-channel we wanted, I specifically even told them I needed to install glass panels for staircase. The sales person Christine can still give me the wrong order.
If its only for one jobsite, i'll let it go but for two jobsites, definitely this is not normal and they are definitely cheating us by giving us u-channel that cannot work! I even asked for refund but they refused to give us a refund...
I hope that everyone is aware of their service. DEAL AT YOUR OWN RISK

โ โ โ โ โ I Google and found Kian Huat Hardware in early April 22. I spoke to this guy Des. Whastapp him all my glass railing drawing showing the size of u channels I need. He sent me invoice asking for prompt payment before they send for galvanizing and delivery in a few days time. When they deliver to my job site, we found all the u channels sent to us are all wrong sizes that doesn't follow my drawings. When I ask for return and refund now, they refuse to accept. This is unacceptable.
