★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. Delay of more than 2hours. Boat was Promised to arrive shipside by 45mins. After 1 hour of waiting for boat, staff Did not have the courtesy to call to update regarding the delay. After 2 hours, staff inform that boat is already at shipside. No boat was sighted. Called them to ask whereabout of boat, staff gave excuse that boat was having some problem. In the end waited 2.5hours for boat. In the 1st place, if you canr deliver, just say so. Dont promise people and keep them waiting for 2.5hrs
