β β β β β wan go engsoon buy part make sure can return or not and write some evidence before u buy οΌthat day i buy a set spark plug i spectify i wan a original set spark plug οΌthen they take a set spark plug to me and i go to work shop and install οΌbut i use haven in a month the car miss fire i go back the work show and checkοΌ new spark plugs problemοΌthen the good staff first sentence telling me is not spark plug is my plug coil old ady need to change new set he say the spark plug is new and no problme and cannot return and no meaning try to change or find a solutionοΌJust shirking responsibility

β β β β β Went over to Ubi branch to buy pads and oil for wear and tear replacement. Great service by Alvin who prepares everything before i even reach and make payment asap! Service is greatly appreciated and ensure that i have everything loaded safely before i leave.

β β β β β The service level and speed of this place is really outstanding they have all the original as well as the OEM parts for BMW and mini .... The staff are very helpful and the place is quite conveniently located if you drive in but it is not so easy if you take a taxi ....it's quite difficult to find a taxi on the road ....and I had to take the help from the service staff to order a grab taxi for me.

β β β β β One of the worst customer service ever!!! Sales people are so rude and unfriendly! Never ever seen anyone in Eng Soon smile at any customer! Pathetic! I am more friendlier and polite as a paying customer! Bought a faulty part from them but refused to honour their 6months warranty and finding stupid excuses not to exchange saying the company have to absorb the cost for warranties! Duh! Of course! Anyway, never come across such a cheapskate company selling bmw parts! Never buy from them!!
