Started out as a simple enquiry to ask if I’m able to consign my dad’s car. Upfront told Zen that I’ve never consigned a car before and asked what are the fees involved as other agents quoted me at least $500 for admin fees. Zen said that there are no fees involved in consignment to him. Asked him what pictures should I take of the car to send to him, he said don’t worry he will come to my place to help me take instead because he’s worried that I would take lousy pictures and will hinder my chances of selling the car. After taking pictures, he researched the best price to list the car and asked for my opinions before posting. Within 2 weeks he managed to sell the car even though that model is abundant in the market. He even drove up and down to my mom and wife’s convenience to get the paperwork and stuffs settled. Zen is an extremely hardworking guy who goes beyond the boundaries of what a car agent should do. I felt skeptical at first because my dad’s car is just a normal Japanese car, and was worried that he won’t treat it with importance. But he really proved me wrong about agents who are just out to earn a quick buck. He is really out to make friends with you instead of you just being a customer. This guy will never go hungry in whichever company he works in. I hope his boss realize he has gem in his hands.

Compliments don’t come easy from me because I am not easy to deal with, not easy to be pleased, but Zen made me decide to make time for this review because he deserves it. If you are reading this review, you’re just like me, skeptical of dealers, worried bout trusting your hard earned monies wit the wrong company / persons— but be assured you will end up like me — writing something good about Zen here if you deal with him because he bothers to go the extra mile to help you, hence now I’m here doing likewise, the extra mile to write. I wasn’t even his customer to begin with but because he reached earlier than his colleague whom I’m suppose to meet, he attended to me patiently, am grateful for that! Importantly, he does not judge you by the way you dress or look. Had a very pleasant experience buying car from them! Contacted Bernice thru whatsapp and her response was fast and informative! Was served by Zen in the showroom. Very polite and not pushy. Saw the car from sgcarmart and contacted Zen Yang from Car Buyers Auto for more information. As it was during LNY period so i didn't expect fast reply but to my surprise, Zen replied instantly and throughout the conversation, he was very accommodating to our request. I went to Car buyers looking to trade in my old car and buying another. I Had a first class service from Zen Yang. His service is top notch. The entire process from viewing the car to the handover was a breeze and smooth sailing. I like that Zen is accommodating and very attention to detail when it comes to grooming and touching up the car. He even managed to spot a defect on the car which I was unable to see and was upfront about it and gave me the assurances that it will be rectified. True enough, it did and I was very impressed. He’s also someone who is very easy to talk to and during the negotiation process, at no point I felt that I was pressured to make a decision. He was also very efficient and also keep me up to date on the progress leading up to the handover of the car. I highly recommend Zen for his friendliness and professionalism to handle your car needs. He went the extra miles to complete the whole process within a week and even dropped by our place to complete our transaction in a prompt manner as ours is bit more complex. The car was also nicely groomed up before handling over. Top notch service from Zen Yang! Came across many good reviews about him and decided to consign my car and also engaged him to do the paperworks for another car that I purchased from a direct seller.
