Ensemble Music - 5A Thomson Ridge

Took my lessons (Kalimba & Cajon) here and had a positive experience. Everyone are friendly and very helpful. My teacher (Clarence) is very patience and had pace the lessons according to my learning needs. Love the cosy environment as well. I really enjoyed my time here. ^^

I was sourcing for a 2019 alternate piece which was not easily avail. Ensemble music staff Dawn took time to search for me. I did a hassle free PayNow payment before my pick up. Knowing their place may not be easily found. EM went an extra mile by giving specific landmark and taking pic to their shop to minimise any inconvenience for my pick up. This is just my 1st interaction with EM but I am pleasantly surprised of their customer service and would recommend it to anyone.

Small music school and bookshop on the second floor in a shophouse unit. Shoes have to be removed before going up (the place was very clean). Impressive selection of music books, with an emphasis on ABRSM Piano Exam Pieces and music theory resources. Call ahead if you want an item on their website, as it may already be sold out. Friendly staff.

Had a lot of fun in the kalimba course! The teacher is very encouraging and patient. He is very knowledgeable and friendly as well! Give it a try if yall are interested :)

I am really impressed with the quality of the instruments and the variety of music books they sell. The price is affordable. In fact, I bought from their shop multiple times and it never disappoints. The boss is very kind and understanding, providing wonderful customer service. Definitely would recommend this shop to everyone.

Purchased a guitar online on their Carousell account. Delivery was fast, the quality of their goods are very good. It was a pleasant experience and would come back again :)

Ensemble Music supplied a beautiful instrument and their service was just amazing. They are a terrific bunch to deal with. I live in Perth WA and bought a 1/2 size guitar on-line for my grandson in Singapore. The website information was useful and the price was excellent. Ensemble Music arranged delivery and contacted me a week or so later to check it had arrived. They were surprised that it hadn't and said they would chase the courier and find it. Xmas was getting close and still no guitar so Dawn from Ensemble offered to personally deliver a new one. The next day Dawn rang to say the person who answered the door wasn't my son-in-law - I'd mixed up the address! Of course she sorted it and I watched my smiling grandson on Zoom "playing" his beautiful new guitar on Xmas Day. The little guitar is very pretty, has a nice thin neck and good action. Nothing is more encouraging to learning music than having a nice instrument to play on. And Ensemble Music saved the day and were incredibly nice to deal with as well. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
