To my amazement, the therapist not only made me feel so comfortable with my sharings during the sessions, I felt she truly heard and understood me. Sessions became very effective as she taught me the right tools and gave me proper handles in order to help my situation. I am still attending sessions, and I find I have since been able to self regulate better, understand things and situations better and as a result, I am able to handle my problems better and things get worked out much easier and effortlessly.
