★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm working here, full of nice furniture stores on the first floor and mostly central kitchens, restaurant HQs like Orange Clove, SBY Frozen Food, Golden Pillow 933, Xi De Li and Mr. Teh Tarik. Universal Mart sells almost everything you want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bathroom at level one within the coffee house is serious horrendous. Stink like it’s been there not taken care of for years! They seriously need some help for better hygiene.
It’s a work area for mostly blue collars surely but I believe it need not have to be that poorly maintained.
Parking there is very limited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A light industrial building that have all sort of businesses. From workshop, logistics, catering, perishable, furniture and anything in between.
The coffeeshop in the building have alot of stalls selling both halal and non halal food.
Parking is just sufficient but problematic during office and lunch hours.
ALL in all, there is nothing to see here so get moving. Unless you have business dealing in this location.
