★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KHcycle has bad warranty. I have witnessed this first hand, twice. The owner of the shop will ask always for proof of payment. The next step will be for them to request you bring the bike down for them to take photos. If both these steps are not both fulfilled the warranty will not commence. The last step is for them to take photos to forward to the bike company, in my case Scott. Scott will examine the photos to determine if the warranty is suitable. In my scenario 2 out of 2 times I got rejected. In my opinion this warranty process is completely unscientific. Yes, a photo might give a hint how the material broke. However, a material test should be used to review and check for evidence. The saying proof in the pudding is completely disregarded. I am never patronizing them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KHcycle is a terrible brand. I will advice you not to do any transactions from them. Koi Tong Tian, who served, was dishonest and slow in service. He damaged my unused bike in service and refused to tell me about it. When I left, I saw the damages created on the bike. When I confronted KHcycle on email, they refused to admit nor did Koi comment. KH was completely unhelpfully. KH after sales service is close to none. Such radical behavior should not be tolerated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went cycling in East Coast yesterday and my young boy’s bike had issue halfway. We tried a few bike shops there, only KhCycle helped us. I especially want to thank Jun Wen. He rode 3km to rescue my son’s bike. Thumbs up for the excellent customer service!
