★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So perplexed and disappointed about this situation - i booked a lash appointment at 2.30pm on a Saturday and i arrived at the store to find the store closed and no staff in sight.
Tried calling them on their number listed on Instagram but it was not available/ number is not valid LOL. Also emailed them immediately about the situation and left a direct message on their Instagram. Got no replies on any channel.
Never mind that no one showed up but it has been a week since and nobody has reached out to even apologise/ reschedule.
