After the my girlfriend's fourth treatment, they refused to give her back her appointment card until she paid an extra 1.6k on top of the 1.2k she already paid for her 12 sessions.
They refused to let her go unless she coughed up 600 - 500 SGD on the spot. So she left without getting back her appointment card. Is this how you do your marketing or treat your customers?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beauty salon ran by a group of experienced beautician. In their 30s to 50s. However, they do purely only facial no extra hand massage or head massage or whatsoever. U lay down in what u wear, there's no towel for you to change like other beauty salon normally provide. However, be prepared to see their attitude and black face if you refuse to sign a package. With their price I would recommend you to go to other salon. Don't try

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not your typical sparkling cladded store in the shopping malls. It's just a simple down to earth looking beauty store where you might overlook from the stretch other units. BUT HEY! Never ever judge a book by its cover, you'll never go wrong with their ability to resolve the skin issues. No other beautician I've had by far (no, I'm not gonna name names) tackled my milia seed extractions well. Thumbs up to them!
