★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi All, i'm the same derrick that reviewed earlier. Just to provide additional info, Someone from the company name S**** called me and offered to rectify to issue/complaint so that i will remove my review when its done. They came and realised that the issue was with the Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) and they are responsible for that. I told S**** that the UPS was installed by their technician which he acknowledged. So my question is, its a whole package, be it the machine or UPS, they have to rectify it. Furthermore, i noticed the UPS does not contain a backup battery which other UPS do. Just to share the service that this company is providing... It is definitely a must to avoid. Pls see the chat that i had with them which they agreed that they are the one that do up the UPS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. No back support at all. Machine keeps breaking down.
The staffs are not well trained with adequate knowledge and keep pushing responsibility. Too tired to deal with such vendor. Avoid them at all cost if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not use this company. They recommended us a door access which can capture temperature and other function. however, they back up and support is really poor. Call someone and always being referred to others, with no constructive feedback and result. If possible, pls avoid them.
