β β β β β At first I was a little worried after reading all the bad reviews on their customer service but I still took a chance and went down to their shop. A white hair lady (her name is Shirley) attended to me and what surprise me was her attitude. She was totally unlike what all the comments here said about her. After I paid for my less than $400 Induction hob, she carefully tied up the box so that itβs easy for me to carry. Before she could finish doing so, two Caucasian man walked into the shop and she politely asked them to look around first. I always believe that when we are nice to service provider, they will be nice to you.

β β β β β Worst experience of my whole life. You won't believe what happened.
They broke the water pipe while installing wall mount dryer. (Yes you are right... they drilled into water pipe deep in the wall)
Then they yelled at me when I asked when the fixers will come.
The fixers couldn't finish the work the same day, I called the office the day after asking when will they come back. Again... yelled and scolded me saying they cannot give any time because they are a "CORPORATE".
After that, the slammed the phone and then no one answers the phone any more. I tried to text, no answer.

β β β β β My old GE fridge broke down today. (Thermoset turned Red). Called and spoke to Madam Ong. She was able to recommend me a similar capacity fridge (that is ex-stock!), 3 ticks energy saving. Delivery came within 4 hours upon order confirmation. Delivery uncle very professional and kept reminding us to discard the first icecubes. Helped to remove and discard my fridge too! Solved my headache within the day! Highly recommended! Fastest large appliances purchased ever!

Edit - item is still available across the platforms you use to sell. Trash CS with trash business practices. Never again. Better off paying a few dollars more and supporting a more reputable and honorable company.
