Super bad service and afterservice, yell at the phone when I mention some part of the game not working. Put words in my mouth and say I say they sell fake goods when i just mention game maybe faulty and ask for exchange for the same title. They block me at fb too, beware if many good reviews they just block or remove bad reviews. Uncivilised and horrible nasty people.

very disappointed at the service when me n my family went to the store yesterday evening . we were looking for Nintendo switch games in the store . my siblings ( 10,10,8 ) were browsing through the different games and reading the game's introduction at the back of the game . the male store assistant told us to not mess up the games just because my siblings were looking at the games very excitedly . my brother (8) replied that we didnt mess up because they place the games back to their original spots after they have browsed through them . my mother and i were looking at them to make sure they didnt mess up but we did not notice that there was one game at the wrong column of the shelf . the female store assistant then said " then why i see two together " after my sister (10) heard her comment , my sister then took the initiative to take out one of the two to put it back the correct column . then my sister accidentally dropped one of the games and the male store assistant immediately gave a " tsk " very loudly . so my mother told us to leave the store due to the store owners being very annoyed at us for browsing at their store's merchandise . and even before we step out from the store , the male assistant immediately went over to the shelf to " rearrange " his games as if we didnt do their job properly to put the games back when the games are already at one game one column . my family have decided that we will not patronize any ePLAY stores . why the one star ? because i cant give zero star .

They sell video games for children as well as games for hardcore players! The staffs are very nice and they sell a variety of games which you can choose from. They are familiar with all types of games including RPG's, Action Games, Role Playing Games and much more. They hold various consoles and accessories as well which includes but not limited to items relating to the Nintendo Switch, Playstation 4, and XBOX One. Their prices are fair and with their selection, you have a lot to choose from. You want to upgrade your accessories, they also hold a wide range which you can explore. The store is a paradise for gamers and you should visit if you are around the area. Game on!!

So actually, this shop is great with good service and stuff. I always went there and take a look at the Nintendo Switch section just to observe the games. And also the prices for the switch games are great. Some of the games are cheap and some of them are expensive about S$70+. so yeah, that's all.
