The staffs have maintained the service delivery. Furthermore, they are very patient in answering to my queries and very thoughtful in their service.

Update: Disappointed with the quality of the spectacles. Had some issue with it, but was told that it's not covered under warranty. Even though it has been less than a year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a loooooong time customer of Kai Joo, 8 years to be exact. I lived in Hougang for 5 years and even when I moved to another place I went back to them for my glasses and lenses. I’ve never had any bad experience with their lens measurements EVER (unlike some other shops I’ve been to). No headaches or painful eye strain with their glasses or contact lenses all because they take the time to make sure they get the power right. For anyone who wears glasses / uses contacts - this point is very critical for us. So they are very highly recommended.

The staff Shin Yi was attentive, polite, patience and answered my curiosity question which was very helpful. The price is affordable and no hidden cost. You could return the unopened boxes and replace if you don't like the current lens as there sample given. Definitely will support and get my supplies again. Thank you!
