Equip-Design & Supply (previously at Plaza Singapura since 1974) - Vertex Tower B

I bought two handles from Equip Design, one was a straight forward bedroom handle, the other for our main door. Since our condo entrance door was 7cm, and had existing holes, it was difficult to find a suitable door handle. Michelle and Lenz from Equip Design were very helpful in offering options for the door handle, as we needed to get specific parts to cater to our door. If the handle didn't work, they offered an exchange. We had a problem needing a longer part/pin - when I raised this, it was immediately addressed and the required part was sent at no extra cost straight to my home within a business day. In the end, our handle was installed with no problem. Very happy with the professional service.

It was a weekend two weeks ago and I found that I had difficulty with my Baldwin lock set located at my front door. It had become loose and I almost locked myself out. The lock set was installed by Equip-Design almost 07 years ago. Fortunately, I was able to contact Ms Dora who was patiently reassuring with her advise over the telephone. I am very impressed with her after sales service and spot on advise that allowed me to rectify the problem without having to call the locksmith. I bought my first lock from Equip-Design more than 40 years ago when they were located at the old Plaza Singapura. Ever since then I had purchased several others whenever I moved. I have always been impressed by the company sales representatives’ professionalism and customer service skills. I am glad that young representatives like Ms Dora is ensuring us that the company will continue with this long tradition. Thank you very much Equip-Design.

I purchased all the door handles in my home from Equip. They have an extensive range of high quality knobs and handles. What is really impressive is their professional and prompt after- service. 3 years post purchase, 2 of my handles came loose because they were installed by my contractor. The showroom is located on Tower B *far left* down the corridor as soon as one exits the lift lobby. I actually called up the phone and was pleasantly surprised when the staff came out from the showroom to make sure I find my way! Ms. Michelle, the Sales Manager, replied my message promptly when I seek help to install a second door lock. She offered me an excellent Baldwin deadbolt lock and arranged her colleague Nathan to install within days. Nathan is professional and punctual. He drilled the door, installed the lock and cleaned the wood debris from the floor. His workmanship is excellent and his attitude is superb. I recommend Equip-Design & Supply for installing new lock.

Like the wide selection of quality and beautiful door knob of various kinds, nicely lay out in their showroom. Find their staff friendly and patiently answering all your inquiry and making recommendation, sincere in their serving and handle well without pressure sales. Like able to walk freely in their showroom, you can take time to view and consider your choice of selection till you are fully satisfy. Thankful of Ms. Dora who helps me finalized the order with good recommendation and explained clearly about the purchase, as well as good follow-up. And their installer Nathan who help installed the door knob did his best for the perfect alignment. Overall it is a good experience and very satisfied about the purchased, though delivery take slightly long than expected due to holiday season, it is worth waiting. Equip-design offer a wide range of beautiful and quality door knobs. Bought 2x porcelain door knob sets with key and lock cylinder and 2x door knob sets with privacy lock from them. Really match well with my country doors and the design is beautiful and unique. Rare to find in other shops. Ms Dora was a caring and patient staff who provide a good after sale service helping me to solve an issue in a short time and gave very detail explanations.
