In about 1hr 30mins: he installed our gate, main door and letter box too (and cleaned up the debris). Roy taught us how to us the locks properly and was very thorough in his explanation. The locks work well and are installed properly. Thank you very much!

He helped us to adjust the mechanical closing so that the door can close smoothly. After the installation, his explanation on how to set up the password, fingerprint is very clear. She is patient and able to assist readily at all times. Roy did the installation, he was super punctual, meticulous in his work and is very tidy as he cleans as he go.
