I rarely take the time to write Google reviews, but I this time I really felt like doing so.
Context: I short circuited my MacBook Air, damaging the motherboard.
I contacted about 5-10 different repair shops for a price quote. Since Esmond had the lowest price and great reviews (and a lot of reviews) on Google, I decided to go with them.
Already form the the start, the communication was transparent and I never waited more than an hour (usually much less than that) for a reply when asking for an update/status.
While my MacBook was ongoing diagnostics/repair/stability testing, I realized that I needed some files on the hard drive within a day. They were super kind and made the effort to locate the files, upload them to Google Drive and send me a link!
Overall great!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Replied within 24 hrs and had my HP battery change in that 24hrs at Sin Ming, fast and efficient service, hope the battery ? last longer than what I encounter now. Price was reasonable compared to what HP officially quoted me. Didn't get the sales person name but everything was fixed infront of me and not close door. Thumbs up ? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Requested for a quote for a laptop battery replacement and they got back to me by the next day, with transparency. They stated the different types of batteries that might be installed based on my laptop specifications, but how they wouldn't be sure until they opened up the laptop itself in store.
Was easy to book an appointment online through their e-system, do note that the system doesn't allow changes to your confirmed appointment time, but generally I had no problem as I dropped them a whatsapp and they replied to it too.
In store service was great, very friendly and polite. And took great care of my laptop and charger. Went on a weekday and they didn't have any other customers in line and they had it changed within 30mins.
Highly recommended with the great experience from start to finish!

Brought in my laptop for system re-installation and was done within two hours. I was also given some tips on my laptops which are very appreciated. Would highly recommend this place!
