★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only 1 staff knows how to do anything, the other 2 are total useless. Countless orders are waiting while no one is cooking because that 1 staff are busy teaching the others. Don't order here if you don't want to wait forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're into overpriced plain fried rice basically oil and salt this it it v basic lacklustre. At 7.80 for black pepper that's not even nice BP sauce v basic and overly sweet tiny amount and only one scoop of rice. Amazing money generating franchise (yes I'm a good chef Thst doesn't compromise on quality and would be caught dead making such for my client)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will give provide you suggestions to improve. Concept is great, waiting time sometimes close to one hour, we live in 21st century who have time to stand thr for 1 hour. What makes things even worse is your staff who no training of customer service etc, at least smile:) trust me I have seen so many beautiful concepts like this.. But it all comes to customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fired Rice with prawns is indeed delicious. Best experienced when consumed hot, right after server from the wok. I think it is comparable to that Taiwanese fried rice (you know which)... Don't forget to agree to the chilli, its not oily and enhanced the taste and overall appearance. I am impressed with how they turned the traditional fried rice into something trendy, with its cute packaging and systematic operations.
