★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We started buying Siemens products from EU Automation in September 2018. Clement Ng is the Sales Executive handling our account. He is quite helpful and is fast in responding to our RFQ.
We have bought from several suppliers before, and EU Automation provides one of the best prices and quickest lead time.
However, their logistics department states in their email that they will charge $25 for a failed delivery. On 2 occasions, EU failed to deliver my orders to me, should I then charge them the same?
