We have been visiting this place for very long. After treatment by zhong xi min doctor for a while, I managed to conceive. Highly recommended. Staff are very polite and warm.

2nd visit here due to right arm muscle strain and my TCM practitioner (Dr. Zhang Huifen) has been very patient and advised me to do some basic exercise on top the treatment and medication on that I’ve been given. Definitely a recommend for her professionalism!

We first approached Phy. Jolene Chong for our 3-year-old pangs from 3 continuous bouts of flu. Highly recommended paediatric tuina that works instantly and wonders for our bub and very efficient acupuncture and medication for adult conditions. Bub started with the normal flu and was prescribed the usual western meds (antibiotics, cough syrup, antihistamine etc) and would be down first week from heavy flu symptoms then would take another two weeks when he would reject all foods, fluids and get moody/temperamental. The entire family was exhausted with this over-medication solutions from the PDs. So we tried Paediatric Tuina and it worked instantly. Bub literally stepped out of the room bright-eyed, bushy-tailed and his appetite returned which made him ask for water and food. The rest of us adults also visited EYS frequently for immunological, gynecological and musculoskeletal ailments and find the acupuncture and medication very effective.

Was recommended by our circle of friends. Dr Zhong is knowledgeable and professional. However, I cannot say the same for the front desk staffs. Blatant disregard of a patient's time. They are also unhelpful, untruthful and extremely rude. From my very first visit a year ago, they were the exact same. The 2 staffs to avoid, Kris Wu and Suselia Lai.

I was introduced to Eu Yan Sang TCM at Paragon by my husband who swears by them for his sports injuries. I decided to try the place for the thinning hair in the front portion of my scalp. My visit was to Dr.Chong Chui Wen Jolene after researching about her on the TCM site. I met her and she knew I was new to this kind of treatments rather this field of medicine. Even before suggesting any courses she briefed me on what is the field all about, how there are important points on the meridian lines of our body, what are the triggers, causes and what could be the remedies. She was honest, transparent and succinct about the timelines and my expectations. I have been frequenting the place since February and the overall experience has been delightful. From the ladies at the Reception, to Dr. Jolene, the therapy room with the bed warmer, the heating lamps, soothing music, (you forget for 20 minutes that you have needles on you). They have thought through the entire experience. I highly recommend this to anyone who is keen on alternative medicine to wellness.

I sprained my ankle very badly last month. Phy. Jolene Chong did acupuncture for me, gave me heat treatment and bandaged my ankle with herbs. Within a week, my sprained ankle recovered almost fully and I could start my regular daily jog. It was amazing! I went back to Phy. Jolene Chong after that for my general health. Since my menopause, I have been feeling weaker, including poorer quality of sleep. Phy. Jolene was very patient in listening to my symptoms. She explained to me what could be causing my problems, and shared with me how the medications she’s prescribing will help. It was indeed a great experience.

Staff at the clinic are very courteous and helpful. Been coming here for the past 2 months and feel that treatment is effective for overall wellness. Recommend Physician Jolene as she is very professional, caring and i feel comfortable under her care.
