Truly disappointing experience!! I am aghast at how rude and unprofessional the service by their reception staff is. As arranged by the chiropractor clinic, the appointment for my god-daughter to do X-rays at Lifescan was at 8.30am. However, when we arrived at Lifescan, we were told by a bespectacled female staff seated behind the counter, very brusquely I might add, that there was no record of my god-daughter’s appointment. Only after being pressed did the staff bother to check their system again and reluctantly said yes, her name was in there but the time for her X-rays was stated as 10.30am. After we left Lifescan in a confused state, I immediately got in touch with the chiropractic clinic who double-checked on their end if they had indeed faxed over the form with the X-rays to be done at 8.30am, and yes, they had. I was provided photographic proof of it as well. The manager at the chiropractic clinic called the manager of Lifescan immediately to inform him of the situation. Only then could my god-daughter return to Lifescan. Upon arrival the second time though, we were met with unhappy faces at the reception accompanied by the most unwelcoming tone. No one was forthcoming with answers when I asked will my god-daughter be able to get her X-rays done immediately since it was already around 9am at this point and we had an appointment at the chiropractic clinic at 10.15am, which we were suppose to bring along the X-rays to. But the bespectacled lady (she’s the main person we had been conversing with since we arrived the first time round at 8.20am), kept up with the rude attitude, and told me that she can’t promise because their system has it as 10.30am. I was really taken aback by the way she spoke - it felt as though we were at fault when clearly, it was a mistake on Lifescan’s end. It was obvious that someone had input the appointment time incorrectly into their system but this lady made us feel like it was our fault. Honestly, all it would have taken for service recovery was a simple apology. But nope, we were made to feel like the mix-up in timings was our fault. Conclusion: Based on what we went through, if you need X-rays done, I recommend doing them elsewhere. Unless you don’t mind the risk of encountering some genuinely horrid service.

I was there today for a few scans. Encountered appalling service from one of the counter staff who took my file from me. She had big eyes, not wearing glasses and long hair. I did not get her name because I was so unnerved by her rude attitude. No "hi" nor "welcome" and straight away she asked me sternly, "Have you drunk water for your pelvis ultrasound?" And when I answered, "I haven't drunk enough I think.", she just stared at me with her big eyes, looking very annoyed. I wished that she could have just told me to drink lots of water if I hadn't done so instead of asking with such a snotty attitude. Staff should have more empathy towards their patients, sometimes we do not drink so much first because we do not know how long we have to wait and it is really not comfortable to have a full bladder for too long in case of a long waiting time. So unfortunately, I wasn't ready to do the ultrasound and when I was finally ready, I went to the counter to inform the radiographer who incidentally was standing next to her as they were chatting. I swear she was glaring at me and giving me the death stare as I walked off with the radiographer. She was really intimidating and made me feel so uncomfortable. The only saving grace was the kind and professional service of the other staff which I appreciated very much. More training should be given to the service staff because these impressions last, especially bad ones.

I should have read these reviews before making an appointment for health screening. Everyone’s experience here resonates - extremely cold waiting area and rooms (bring your winter jacket), long waits and they drew my blood in a storeroom with boxes stacked up. The saving grace for a second star is their doctor. She seems really sweet. I hope they don’t lose my test results because I don’t want do this again or come back here. Lastly, coffee machine is bad. Bring your own coffee. Updating my review - my follow up consultation was a total of 6 mins. A very disappointing experience and I would not go back.

Had my first health screening done on 16nov2021 at this paragon outlet. Was quite sceptical at first cos I read some bad reviews. In the end I would say this health screening was the best I had ever done before. The staffs were patient and professional. Not to mention the Philippines nurse who assisted to withdraw my blood samples, she was super empathetic and polite when I told her my veins were very thin and hard to draw. Dr Jacqueline foo was also one of the best doctor I have visited. She made me felt at ease and was very comfortable in her doing the thin prep for me too. Thumbs up to the team there! Keep it up!

I was punctual for my 2.30pm appointment which was to discuss the outcome of my health check up. However on the day itself, I had to wait 30+ minutes for the medical report that the doctor was still typing out. Really sounded like a last minute job. This is the last time I am visiting this clinic for health check ups. Edited: I checked other review and yes, I also remembered that the drawing of my blood sample was conducted in a store room. I didn't really complain because they conducted the tests quite fast on that day.

Ridiculous waiting time. Book appointment at 2pm, after 30mins I can finally join the Q for ultrasound scan, but I was being told that I will have to wait at least an hour. But I don’t see anyone waiting here.

Generally a pleasant experience as there is not a lot of waiting time when appointment is made while I had a MRI and X-Ray done on my knee. However, access is not easy to find as it is through the Paragon Shopping Mall opposite Jimmy Choo on Level 1, in the extended wing. If you enter directly at Paragon Medical, you still have to walk through the mall

Came here for a general checkup at 930am. There was almost no waiting time and the whole checkup was really fast. One (small) room for height/weight/BP/ecg and another (small) room for blood test and the last room for doctor consultation. Nurses and doctor was very professional.
