★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The buildings are built really close to each other resulting in poor air ventilation, noise insulation and privacy. The overall design of the cabinetry shows that it was not well thought through to cater for practicality but rather just for aesthetics. Good if you need to buy a house in this location for personal reasons but otherwise, I believe there are much better products in the market to consider...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The condo facilities are comprehensive, you don't need to step out from this residential development to enjoy a relaxing lifestyle. But it’s not convenient if you don’t own a car. Beware that some of the units might experience noise pollution from PIE. Lastly, the layout of the one-bedroom house is not conducive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be great but no longer a pleasant place ... 1. inconsiderate and unhygienic neighbours leaving trash at common areas, 2. seeing roaches and rodents more now. 3. pets pooing freely at the gardens and recently in front of vending machines !!! , 4. parcels and shoes missing/stolen recently, seriously concerning ... ground floor folks pls beware of pests and safeguard your belongings ... really sad to see this happening more and more ... will be moving soon.
