★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Starville is located approx 5 mins walk from Kembangan MRT. The condo runs adjacent to the PIE and is considered a noisey condominium to live if facing the PIE. Unfortunately the tenants living in this condo are parking the bike sharing bikes from #oBike, #Mobike and #OFOBike illegally in the road posing a danger to other road users. So much for a sharing caring community!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Starville is a clean yet basic sort of condo. The gym is very nice and spacious. The management changes constantly that can be confusing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The noise and the dust is bad. You can hear cars from the pool which is a pity as it is a very nice pool! The condo is a long walk away from the mrt. However because of all these issues, it has cheap rental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well maintained freehold condo with great facilities - one of the best equipped gym I’ve seen in a condo, a 70M infinity pool and also a tennis court! Also only a 5 mins walk to a 24h NTUC and coffee shop
