Have called an aircon company initially but the charges is far too high.. Was recommended by my colleague..so decided to get a 2nd opinion.. 1unit at master bedroom is noisy due to fan motor faulty and needs chemical wash and the 2nd unit is due to PCB faulty as it keep blinking after running for a short while. Eurohub quoted me half the amount of what the initial aircon company quoted I was very impressed with their service and it’s been a month already and both my aircons are still doing very good.. Will surely get them back to service my aircon in future..

However this time I asked for a repair as my unit's air-cond has signs of a leak (bubbling sound in one of the evaporator coils while rest of air-cond not cold) and not to proceed with the servicing until is it rectified. However they just checked the compressor unit and say all is well and proceeded with the servicing. On top of that the servicing was not complete as their steamer unit is broken. As I told them I cannot verify if they did the servicing well because all 3 unit air-cond is now blowing warm air and did not do the steam cleaning, the staff acted very unprofessionally, continuously claiming they have done the service as requested. I did not ask for the service but for a repair. He asked me to contact Daikin to troubleshoot the issue and finally admitted he was unable to fix it.

As a regular customer I depended on their team of dedicated n professional technicians to service my home air conditioning units and their technicians had never messed up my toilets. Small things like this is important as it speaks volumes of their professionalism. Reasonably priced, friendly, honest n responsive customer service. I strongly recommend them to anyone that need help for their air-conditioning system be it new or general servicing. Ken
M	Michelle Lee Shu Ting on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worker is not professional enough, use their phone brought package but super regret. Sometime they brush your A/C something they don’t. And also the service that they do the A/C is still with dust, and also they never plug the power cable back nicely
Y	Yuki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The aircon tech simply removed the cover to wash and did a one min suction on the drainage hose and simply put back the cover and said is all done. Didn't even brush the coils or the rolling fan at all. Saying need pay extra to get chemical wash to clean up the rolling fan. Never to sign up service with them again. Standard drop terribly. The 2 pics were taken after he claimed done with cleaning!!!!

Previous contracts, they used to wash my compressors but this year, they did not checked till I highlighted on gas leak after they serviced within 1 mth and I pay for the gas top up bcos they mentioned 2 gas tank used. Recently, same thing happened again after they serviced also, so I went n checked to find 1 nut they left outside after checking my gas lvl. I sound out but did not get any respond. Still keep asking me to do chemical overhaul, not even willing to give further discounts even I counter to do 3 units and more. Seriously disappointed after so many contract years with them. This is how they treat loyal customers.
