My parents got two pairs of spectacles from this shop, but the casings given were not well-designed and difficult to open. I did aware this shop had a new batch of casings with better design that made the opening easier. So i requested to exchange of the newer design. The lady owner kept on avoiding the exchange. I spent s$600 at that shop, and the casings with new design don't seem to be more expensive (same plastic construction, just the latching mechanism is different). I went there four consecutive weeks to ask and this lady kept on giving different excuses like no stock, the printing is not done, etc. Finally i give up, and leave this note to share the experience i have had.
