★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was very disappointed with the manager in charge of my case. Bought two pairs of shoes. One pair ok. But the other has some sound when walking. Brought back to compass one shop to ask them sent back factory to repair. However, it didn’t work even though they said is fix. Still has sound. Called back n feedback to them. Telling them I would like to bring back the shoes for them to review if could fix properly or exchange another pair for me. Shop person said the manger will call me. Wait for the call first. But many days pass, no call receive. So this is how how EVERBEST teach their employees to treat the customer ???? No trust at all. Disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to compliment a staff by the name of michell from paragon outlet, she goes all the way to raffles city just to collect the colour that I prefer. Her customer service is beyond my expectations. She make sure that I like the wedge and the shoes is comfortable to me. Please help to thanks her so much for going all the way just to make sure this fussy customer gets her prefered colour.
