Came here because I wanted to know more about their offerings and was hoping to get a gift for my mum for Mother's Day. Terrible service by a middle-aged lady staff named Sharon. Looked at me like I didn't deserve to be there and I was wasting her time. She got upset at me because she wasn't listening & misinterpreted what I said, (she thought I was a supplier?) so she went to get her boss. When her boss cleared up the misinterpretation, she took me aside and pointed rudely at some gems, and then said 'we don't have what you want.' Then she proceeded to just stare at me, which was incredibly unpleasant. I don't normally call people out, but this left me in a bad mood for a while afterwards. If she's having a bad day, she shouldn't be taking it out on interested customers. Dear owner, this hostile attitude from your staff directly affects your bottom line and your public perception. Please fix. :)

The Gold quality for craftsmanship is very poor. Even the box for jewellery is cheap quality product Not worth buying, the shop never put signboard gold market rate very disappointed. Don't believe me, buy the gold there and compare different place with similar value.

A rather traditional jewelry store with nothing really fancy. There are free gifts for members who redeemed their accumulated points. There are some old style jeweleries 18K gold besides white gold 18K and 9K. All these look so old probably at least a decade or more. Most customers who are mainly older ladies prefer 916.
