We engaged ID Adam for our resale flat home renovation in April this year. Despite the covid period, he manage to push the earliest timeframe possible for us to get the house ready. He was very responsive to our queries & keep on updating the status of our house renovation. He also advice us accordingly & ensure that we get our dream home. We remodelled a very old & rundown 3 rm flat, keeping in mind that it had to be VERY functional & safe (yet aesthetically pleasing) for my elderly mother who’s living alone. Barry, our ID, was always reachable, helpful and cheerful. He was very organised and kept us updated on the renovation timeline & progress. His workers were also very skilful and friendly. They ensured that the renovation was “personalised” for my mom’s needs. It is important to know what you want and to give detailed instructions to your ID – so that he can quote you appropriately. LOME is an HDB approved contractor, so we had peace of mind knowing that everything would be handled according to HDB’s rules & regulations. Their pricing is also competitive. We had our kitchen, toilet renovation and some carpentry works with LOME. Not pushy about contract signing. Comfortable discussion. The overall experience with our ID Louis is fantastic. The ID we engaged is Mr Barry Tan. Our renovation was a major one. He was the only ID who, among others that we sourced, came to our house to look at the physical state and obtained some measurements before quoting us. He is detailed and very responsive to our enquiries. Despite the many variations that we made, he remained patient and cool. He would try his best to fulfill our requirements. Barry is very upfront, sincere and friendly. We had no major problem working with him in our renovation project. Grateful!

Though the process of interior design often a frustrating one, he has made our renovation process an exciting and stress-free one. My parents engaged Barry for their kitchen renovation few years ago & he was very comfortable to liaise with. When certain requests were not practical, he will suggest what is the next best idea while still respecting our ideas and making it into reality.
