My friend recommended Dr. Sorenza to me as i have problems with menstruation. She listened to my problem attentively and gave me useful advises on what kind of fruits i should avoid. The medicine given is powder type. After taking the medicine for a month and following her advises, my problem was gone. However, the fees for the medicine is quite expensive. She explained about the fees before issuing the med though, so it’s still reasonable to me. Thanks again Dr. Sorenza. :)

I stumbled upon Dr Sorenza’s clinic miraculously. She is a very dedicated, passionate, skillful and kind lady. She is very gentle and patient with my treatments which helped me to feel a lot better through the process. I am deeply impressed by her knowledge and her honesty in the way she runs her clinic. My thumb had been in pain for 2 months but after seeing her today, almost all the pain had gone down. It’s mobility had been restored. Thank you Dr Sorenza for your expertise in this field. I waited for one year to observe my condition before writing this review. I had eczema since young. I went to many doctors, both western and Chinese, but none help. Eczema flared every 1-3 months. When I visited Dr. Sorenza, all parts of my body was very inflamed, painful and itchy, except the trunk and the face. She was very careful in examine my skin condition each time, and gave me a detailed list of food that I could not eat. Within 3 weeks, the condition subsided much, and I could sleep at night without being awakened by itch. I continued with her for another 4 months to regulate my body, hoping to eradicate the root cause. She is gentle and caring. Each visit, she asked in detailed my condition, and told me the type of food that I could eat again, or continued to stay away. I was amazed at her knowledge, because it is more than the typical hot, cold, spicy refrained food that most TCM told me. Now I can eat most of the food, except a few that Dr. Sorenza said I need to stay away probably for life. Now one year has passed. Occasionally some redness and itch will come back, but it flashed and gone in less than a minute, and do not bother me at all. So the Chinese medicine Dr Sorenza prescribed do work to eradicate the root cause! I am very grateful to Dr. Sorenza. She has been very kind and generous to share with me her knowledge. I learned not just eczema, but far more of what happened that affected my health condition negatively. it is because of this that I can manage my own health now. I cannot thank Dr Sorenza more than enough for what she has taught me in kindness and love.

Not a good experience and felt traumatized after the visit. It was my first visit, had a very painful acupuncture treatment; I have no idea what was happening as I was lying face down, and needles were poked really hard and one part where the doctor moved around the needles around the neck area which made me feel badly uncomfortable. The doctor also never apologise for dragging down my shorts that I was wearing and my backside was being exposed. My husband wanted to give me company, and the doctor was rude enough to ask him to stay outside of the consultation room without telling any reasons. I believe now Covid season, the doctor never take my temperature before receiving me as a patient. I was asked, how am I feeling after the treatment, as I heard from the doctor telling me, most patients will feel 50% better, but in actual fact, I think I felt worser, that, I have to go for a second opinion. I wasn't informed should I wait for a certain time duration for a shower or not. I wasn't even told how much is the total fees, just being presented by a receipt and I have to see it for myself. "Be careful with the fees". There are two charges. One is half body and another full body. I was told full body acupuncture, but the needles covered was just my back, (not legs and hands and head) and a small portion of my neck. Overall, I will never return to this clinic after a bad patient service, and the trauma I have just received. Hope this serves as a reminder to the doctor, that being a doctor of their own clinic, first impression via character is important by showing they care and concern, not just by their skills and bragging how good they are.

Dr Sorenza Lim is the only physician who told me I have scoliosis and sciatica. She was also bold enough to tell me the root cause of these health conditions. I said her bold because she clearly knew I was a sensitive person who bear grudges and could not forgive others easily. All the previous Chinese physicians/ therapists who I consulted previously just treated my pain and nobody told me my diagnosis and the root cause of all my health problems. She tried to find out the root cause of my health problems in a friendly natural way which I felt comfortable. Then she gave me suggestions to try to change to see if can improve my health. I felt if I could put her suggestions to action, it will not only improve my physical health but improve my life and my mental health in the future. I really salute her medical ethics by not put her own business benefits before her patients. Thank you Dr Lim.

Dr. Lim took only 2 times to resolve my pain that many TCM repeatedly failed in the past 1 year. The first time I walked away with 70% of the pain gone from my upper arm. I went back the subsequent week and got the remaining 30% resolved COMPLETELY in 2 sessions! Furthermore, while I spent $150-$200 for each session at other TCM for acupuncture, cupping, massage and medicine for this problem, I only paid $75 for first session and $65 for second session at Evergrace for acupuncture and cupping. Yet simple methods like this worked well! The huge difference in the effectiveness of the treatment left me speechless. From my observation, besides the skills that made the difference, dedication played a big part too. The way Dr. Lim worked was very different from the many TCM I visited although they used the same tools. Interaction with Dr. Lim convinced me that she was genuine in caring for the best of my wellbeing and not interested to please me as a potential future client to secure the continuous cash-in for the clinic. I appreciate her sincere, caring and authentic interaction with patients, and the fact that she restored the physician-patient relationship to its very pure nature is very much appreciated. I highly recommend Evergrace!
