Everitt Weddings (Jessica) made our wedding dream a reality. Getting Jessica as our wedding planner was hands down the best decision we made during this wedding planning process. She was there with us every step of the way - from our initial plans of a 320 pax wedding, to a 10 person intimate solemnisation, to eventually making our big day happen last week. This was a stressful time to be planning a wedding given the global pandemic, but she was always there to support us and offer her help at every juncture. Jessica is so attentive - she really took time to understand what we wanted and what our priorities were. In the couple report, I said I wanted our wedding to be heartwarming - and that is the word that comes to our mind about the wonderful celebration we just had. She went above and beyond, helping us with everything and anything - including coordinating with all our vendors, coming up with ideas for the decor and wedding game, and brainstorming ways to tackle the restrictions that came with hosting a wedding during this time. Jessica is also very responsive - whenever we had any thoughts or questions, she was always available to answer. Given our demanding work schedules, she was so accommodating and understanding. She works so hard for her clients and this is evident to us - we could not have asked for a more committed wedding planner. We have received many compliments from our guests about the wedding banquet - they could tell that everything was thoughtfully planned and well executed, the set-up was beautiful and everyone really enjoyed themselves. Jessica from Everitt Weddings truly made our dream wedding a reality! To be honest, we were apprehensive about engaging Everitt at first, as their fees were quite a fair bit lower than all the other wedding planners we enquired with. However, after our first meeting with Jessica, we were convinced of her expertise. From attending weddings, you really cannot tell how much work goes on behind the scenes to make those few hours a success. There were so many aspects of wedding planning that we were not aware of and we're so fortunate to have had Jessica to guide us based on her many years of experience. She was really involved in every aspect, from event styling, designing our invitation suite and wedding visuals, programme planning, liaising w the vendors to ensure our (sometimes ridiculous!) requests were met, to making sure things ran smoothly on the actual day. She even successfully incorporated all our last minute changes made on the day of the wedding! Planning a wedding in the midst of a pandemic was wrought with challenges, but Jessica always kept us up to date with the latest restrictions, and made sure the disruptions to our plans were kept to the minimum. She was extremely prompt with replying us, even when we could only have discussions late at night due to our work commitments. We also really appreciated her candour - if something we had in mind wouldn't work, she gave it to us straight, and offered great alternatives. In addition, she was very mindful of our budget and managed to source for options with the best value to bring our ideas to life. We were really impressed with Jessica's attention to detail and dedication to her craft. She often went above and beyond, and we're incredibly grateful to have engaged her! We had a stress-free experience. Jessica was very much on the ball and gave us confidence that we could leave much of the wedding planning to her and her team. Jessica was also very up to date and brought us a lot of clarity, especially during the changing COVID restrictions. Her years of experience and having done weddings in many hotels also helped us to make better decisions. For example, we were very unsure whether to use the mezzanine level for our guests as it separates them from the main crowd and we were worried they could not see much of the wedding events. But with Jessica’s reassurance, we took the plunge and placed guests there. We reaped many benefits from making the decision and are glad she helped us make the right choice. Her styling talent also enabled us to have beautiful wedding invites that many guests adored. In my husband’s words, ‘Jessica’s the best investment we have made’ for this wedding.

Jessica Chew was responsive, professional, and very helpful as our wedding planner. We had many twists and turns planning our wedding during covid, while we lived halfway across the world. We had to postpone for 12 months and Jessica helped us to coordinate all the vendors and stay on top of outstanding items. She was available for early morning or late night calls given the time difference. The day turned out perfect and we would highly recommend her and her team!
