β β β β β It is somewhere I would go quite often. Their doctors are really knowledgeable and responsible. They are really good. Juz tht it's really tough to book an appointment with Dr. Tan... as there're just too many people...

β β β β β One mth ago, it took me awhile to fix an appointment after redialing many times as no one picked up the phone.
Turned up for appt today but was told Dr Tan on leave to receive covid vaccine jab. Staff claimed they tried contacting me many times but not answered. I showed my call history and none of the calls were from them. I guess they lied. Wasted my time and money on transport. This place provide zero service recovery. It's a kinda lousy and bad experience. Didn't know they receive quite many negative reviews. Well..tested and proven. Someone please define mobile messaging to them.

β β β β β Waste time, waste everybody's time. Highly wouldn't recommend if you value your precious weekend time.
Average waiting time: Min. 2 hours (would recommend you bring camping set, a tent, some drinks and snacks and a portable seat)
The average time to read my review below will be shorter than the waiting time for this place, so no worries.
Came here at my appointment time in the morning, and then waited for 30mins-1hour and heard that the doctor hasnt even arrived but there were patients already waiting for her consultation. Why would you let patients book a timeslot when your doctor hasnt even started work?!?!
Secondly, whats the point of an appointment time when i come late 15mins (previously) and now when i come on time i still need to wait 2hours+ and counting just to see her for a consultation???!
Lastly, if she's busy seeing other patients its ok but dear god this doctor chats with her patients for a whole hour and then talks nonsensical stuff. So the long line outside the clinic isnt because of the "popularity" but how chatty the doctor is.

Hours of long waiting time even with appointment fix is one thing, WhatsApp replied with: Dr xxx is not taking in new patient. are you new or existing patient? consultation appt two months later :-( . Although Dr xxx is good but the counter service, phone answering, appointment system and waiting time must be improve

β β β β β Unbelievable waiting times. We have sat on stools in the clinic for the past 3 hours even though we fixed an appointment. Our appointment was scheduled for 3.30pm, we waited until 6pm but it still was not our turn. As we were waiting, there were people who walked past us straight into the treatment rooms. A customer whose appointment was 2pm arrived later than us but was allowed to queue before us.

β β β β β They have really poor time management. I believe they also have no idea what time the doctor can see you. They canβt tell you how long you have to wait, you have to be able to wait aimlessly

β β β β β The worse service ever experienced. All the bad reviews are true and honestly I should've listened to them too. No system (queueing, waiting for doctor, etc) and had me wasting two hours just to get ignored on the bed. Dont bother wasting your time on such a place :)
Also don't be fooled by the receptionist who'll ask you if you've eaten etcetc, bc when you ask them how long more to wait, they wouldn't know. Love that they don't know what's happening too when its their job.

β β β β β As usual, management has not improved since 2019. Maybe fame got into the heads of the establishment. Arriving at 11:40am to only hear that people have been queueing since 9:30am and physician is not in. If you want to see the physician, either try your luck at the end of the day or make an appointment of about 3 months later. Which is around Sept/Oct at the time this time of writing.
Did not get to see the physician for my mum that is prone to fainting, I am not sure if this is a clinic or just another tourist spot where you can catch a glimpse of the phsyician if you're lucky.
