Y	YT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the ice vanilla latte with almond milk. The drink was horrendously sweet, felt like I'm drinking a cup of syrup. Threw it away after a few sips, never patronising again.
S	Selena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered coffee from this roastery through foodpanda several times, with instructions "no whipped cream" indicated and they repeatedly fail to follow my instructions. Out of 5 times I ordered from them, they only followed my instructions once and that was because I got in touch with food panda to specifically emphasise my instructions before they delivered the coffee. Today, as usual, I indicated NO WHIPPED CREAM on my instruction but they once again failed to follow it and gave me whipped cream. The name of the barista in charge (outram branch) is Lisa. Can't follow simple instructions and lack of contact number for a point of contact.. Terrible service!
C	Cindy Sim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered trio mushrooms and ham croissant and tall latte for breakfast and regretfully both pastries look deadly unfresh and are uncomfortably cold. How to enjoy chilled breakfast when they shouldn't be. Will never order from them ever again nor recommend to anyone.
