Massive shout-out to Shu Mei for being a wonderful, encouraging trainer + big thanks also to Drake and Jaelon for the guidance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best gym in Singapore / Tiong Bahru. Trainers are awesome, wouldn't be able to get through the sessions without Shu Mei. I don't usually enjoy training, but i'm all about F45. Helped me get into tip top shape for my wedding.

Walking distance to my apartment, the trainers are all awesome and not only motivate you but ensure you are doing the exercises correctly. Great vibe about the place, super fun environment and they throw a party once a quarter which is always a great night!

Shout out to Luciano, April, Nixon and the team for keeping the intensity of the sessions high and fun at the same time! Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to train that fits your busy work-life schedule.

He keeps pushing every member until the last minute, you’ll leave the class wanting to come back for more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trained at F45 Tiong Bahru today for the first time. Great experience with Luciano who is a highly qualified trainer with tailored approach for varying fitness levels. I’ve trained at multiple F45 gyms in different countries and this was by far the best workout. Would highly recommend.

They've helped me work through multiple injuries (wrist injury from yoga, and cervicogenic headaches) and have always been great with suggesting alternate exercises so I can still get a good work out.
