Four years ago, the vinyl floors of other companies were installed in my master room, and now there is a problem of edge warping. This year, we want to re lay the vinyl floor of the whole unit. After a friend introduced evorich, we are attracted by their floor quality. The wear-resistant layer is much thicker than my original one. When the Sales - Brandon introduced the vinyl floor to us, he also compared different brands and introduced us to the basic knowledge of the vinyl floor. He is the only sales person I have seen and will supervise the installation site workers. We need to move the furniture during installation to lay the vinyl floor in the current house. Brandon helped us move the furniture together and told the workers where to touch up silicone. We appreciate Brandon. Brandon (82929593) attended to us when we walked into the showroom to find out more about their herringbone vinyl. He was knowledgeable and explained all the different materials and their pros and cons in detail. He was very hands-on and dropped by the house a couple of times to check in on the installation and workmanship and even offered additional useful advice on our renovation! Contact Evorich via their whatsapp business and Larry (94377556) arranged an appointment with us in Dec 2021. While on-site he explained the different floor vinyls and made recommendations to best fit our budgets plus requirements without being pushy. Also manage to fit us to a last minute installation date today. Job is completed with some hipcups on delivery items but he resolved it immediately and my installation complete as schedule today. Larry is responsive and make great recommendations to fit our requirements. Overall satisfied and happy.

I sent a message to the company’s WhatsApp. I was told to make an appointment to meet their salesperson in their showroom. I went down to the showroom and I was served by Larry (9437 7556). Larry was very helpful and he took his time to explain and shown us their products. He also did a few demo on the product showing how durable they are. I can see Larry really know his products as before I went down to the showroom, I already did my researches on Evorich. Larry is honest and I am very impressed by the way he introduced their products to me. Without second thoughts, I agreed to the quotation (only based on floor plan) and signed the sales agreement.
