★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company provides lousy product, especially the laminate flooring. Expensive and useless. I paid for their product and service through bank transfer because I need to repair my flooring urgently, the customer service lady told me will send invoice to my email address but didn't happen at all. Try their product and service if you have lot of cash to waste.

The huge range of products the gallery offers has always given me great ideas on how to dress my sets. My favorite go-to person has always been Miss Jean Leong. She is simply one of the best and most dedicated senior executives I’ve met. I know I can always trust her with her expertise and creative contributions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional and terrible service standards. Honestly appalled at the good reviews. It can’t be just bad luck, right? Among all the companies/contractors I engaged for my home, Goodrich is the only one I encountered issues with and honestly they are the worst.
From the start, they have been pushing my inquiries from salesman to salesman. I have talked to more than 3 salesmen from their company and they were all very very rude and unprofessional. They have no knowledge of their products and not to mention any form of service standards. They recommended me products which were not suitable for my home and did not once admit their faults and mistakes but instead continued to be arrogant and rude.
I am but only one customer, and furthermore not an influencer. There are far better companies out there and I wasted my time and money on this one.
