★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atrocious service, did not how to setup the products that they sold, was unsure of if the monitor needed a power cord or otherwise, changed his mind on whether it did or it didnt, and then argued about where to find the power cord ( in a bunch of boxes his delivery driver said were spare boxes ) .
Avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PCs at great price and quick turnover. Cheaper than most other builders I could find. However, as its a smaller company stock and part selection is not as extensive. Cable management is okay but I found that my Bluetooth was not plugged in and my SATA connectors were buried quite deep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like any electronic item there are hiccups. My daughter's pc power supply had an issue. I had only just gotten back from work and it was 8plus pm!! I decided to call Shaun. " bring it down we'll look at it we close at 10pm" bet u any other business would hv told u come tomorrow!!
Brought it in and Lim Yi troubleshoot the issue. Long story short got it resolved !! That's how good they are!!

I need a custom PC for my work, so I sent them my request and ask for recommendation, they are very attentive and patient to my request, the price is very competitive and the level of customer service is excellence. My set arrive on the same day once I confirmed my order. I have a small glitch with the desktop so I bring it down to their workshop to fix it, they are very polite and patient with me, fix the issue immediately. In all, I am very happy and satisfied with their service and product, no hesitation for recommending them to others.
