★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is nice, and caring, does acupuncture very well, at least my aunt and me is recovering well. The massage therapists are all male, but plenty of lady patients there as well. Receptionist is not very nice though

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst receptionist I never seen before. Don't even know how to talk to customer, very rude. Always don't answer call when need to book appointment, told me to call until she answer. Don't know where she learn this kind of customer service. And other then that therapist are very good as well the doctor too... only this rude lady....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haven't been to a TCM even once in my whole life but decided to try it after a recommendation from an aunty - because why not?
And I am really-really impressed by the effectiveness from the acupuncture therapy done for the pulsating pains (which probably resulted from a suspected slip disc). Do look for the very experienced Dr Tan Chin Heng!
