Xu Yi Shi is very good and patient and her acupuncture skill is very good. The point is very accurate. Overall experience is good. Will come back again.

Was skeptical when I first saw their Facebook Ad having promotion rate for first visit. Took a leap of faith to make an appt after finding out more from their website/reviews. I liked that the place though small (Chong Pang), is simple and most importantly clean. Physician Koh (lady) attended to my injured (sprained) thumb. It had bothered me for months and I’ve sought treatment elsewhere prior. But it was not resolved. My thumb recovered after just a session of acupuncture. Astonishingly painless I would say! As compared to the few painful tuina sessions i had prior elsewhere but the issue persisted. This helps as it gave me faith to seek their help for my nasal congestion and chronic phlegm issue. These have plagued me for close to 3 yrs. It’s very disheartening especially after years of diligent visits to other tcm, with very little/fluctuating improvements. I’m currently under treatment (a combination of acupuncture, massage, guasha and chinese meds) for it, and happy thus far with the progress/improvements. Highly recommend Physician Koh! She is effectively bilingual, extremely professional, friendly and patient. No hardselling too, which I really appreciate. :)

Would like to say a big THANK YOU to Dr Joey Leau and his team. He displayed top class professionalism while treating my sprained elbow. Patient, willing to listen and meticulous. The recommended acupuncture treatment was indeed effective. My elbow was good as new on second day!
