โ โ โ โ โ Lousy food quality and little quantity. Very salty, the use of salt is unsparing. The staff will favor the takeaway orders than eat-ins.
Spent 50 mins queuing and 10 mins eating, 20 mins waiting for vegetable. Super unpleasant experience.

โ โ โ โ โ Not so Teppan after all. The table top used to be hot. But now itโs almost stone cold now. Food gets cold in matter of minutes. Guess they are trying to make sure customer finishes the food in 10mins, or less

โ โ โ โ โ The cashier (red hair aunty) was very rude when taking our orders.
It was our first time patronising the outlet. I clarified if the set meals (i.e. A, B, C) which was priced from $22.90 onwards was meant for 2 pax. She rudely and impatiently replied that all their meals were meant for 1 pax. While we (family of 6) were looking through the menu and placed our menu within 5 mins, she got impatient while waiting for us. Sigh loudly and sat down on the stool looking very displeased.
When my 21-year-old placed her order, she ignored my daughter and kept staring at my hubby.
When we were done with our orders, she informed that the total bill was $118. I proceeded to give her my card for payment. While holding on to my card, she repeatedly mentioned "total of $118 ah!". I acknowledged when she first said but she didnt proceed to bill me immdly. In fact she repeated 3 times or more very loudly about my total bill. I don't understand what she was trying to achieve.
When we were seated (just next to the cashier), she continued to stare at my family for quite awhile. Causing my family to feel uncomfortable. I regretted to continue with the decision to dine there when she was already hostile and rude when taking our orders. I should have change the dining venue. My 5-year-old child was intimidated.
Thereafter, she walked passed us and shouted (in mandarin) "met so many crazy customers today. They needed to eat medicine!".
What kind of customer service were we paying for? My hubby asked her who she was referring to, she rolled her eyes and walked off.
I asked one of the other servers (a long hair lady) in mandarin for that cashier's name and explained that the cashier was very rude to us and I want to lodge a complaint about her. The long hair lady told me she can only speak mandarin. Duh! Wasn't I already speaking to her in mandarin?? She remained silence. Wanting to protect her colleague.
When a couple was leaving the restaurant, they approached me and told me that the servers here are all very rude and they are never going to come back again. Same goes for my family! We are definitely not going to patronise anymore. Our first and last!
Apparently, the next few customers after us were unhappy with the service of the cashier too.
I am definitely sharing this bad experience with residents of Tampines and give them heads up on this!

โ โ โ โ โ It is the worst teppanyaki experience. They mix all the beef, chicken, seafood in one pile and cook together. So it ends up they cook based on the meat that requires the longest time, so ends up the fish is overcooked, seafood is overcooked, and the seafood got flavours of beef which we donโt like.

โ โ โ โ โ I used to frequent this eatery and return now to find itโs been renovated. But this is the last time I come here. Rude old lady cashier still as rude and treating patrons like prisoners. The staff are messy and unprofessional. But the really worst part is the food. Got to be one of the worst food you can find in this mall. The usual crowd is gone and for good reasons. Given the attitude of the key staff, nothing will save this restaurant. Not even divine intervention.
