D	Desmond on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This new outlet is very modern looking and big. If you come in the afternoon on weekdays, the volume of human traffic is very low, and that makes it a great place to hold meetings with customers. I liked how there were many tables with cushioned seats too. Food was good and I could even taste the smokiness from the beef patty as it was grilled. They also have kiosk available where you can order your food directly from the screen but do note that they only accept credit cards/debit cards/contactless payments, no cash allowed, so if you only got cash with you, you will have to order through the counter.

Contacted customer support and all they did was try to offer me a $3 voucher for this. Made the order specially for the plushie as my kid wanted it and now im left with a disappointed kid with no way to get resolution. Deeply disappointed with this. Burger King Singapore please do not come out with any marketing promotions if your team cannot execute it properly. And for the rest of the customers please take note of this scam.
Y	Yingying on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tasty burgers and fries. I tried their truffle burger and truffle fries. They put generous truffle sauce on the burger. The fries was okay. I still prefer cheese fries. Ordered through grab food and delivery came within 30 minutes. Portion was alright for 2 and price was less than $30. Check out the menu attached!

After he signalled my order 4001 to be collected that day he just threw requisites over my tray. When I counted and asked for some more sugars and creamers and lastly butter (third time of returning), he gave an impatient look at me. I understand that the orders maybe piling and you need to rush but there is no need to be rude to your customers. It is very frustrating when I’m trying to be a nice polite guy controlling my temper. If that happens to someone who is worst then for sure that person would do something worst such as probably throwing the tray at his face. Really society does not care who you are if you’re going to be rude to.
S	Shen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited on 2/7/22 around 1210pm to purchase the spicy truffle mayo burger burger was given the wrong burger. Was given mushroom one. There was no truffle sauce at all. I opened it and it was just plain white milky sauce. The spicy truffle mayo sauce was supposed to be dark orangey same as the one used on the spicy truffle fries. Totally no truffle taste on the burger. Tital disappointment! The prep staff was Shirley. The whole eatery was mend by 1 staff at cashier. She preps the order and takes in order.

The new Kakiage Angus beef burger was very delicious though a little oily and less filling because it does not use a burger bun to hold the patty. Instead, it uses shredded vegetables in tempura batter as top and bottom. Perhaps that was the reason the burger needed more time to prepare. The Ultimate Angus Classic BBQ beef burger was also very nice. The beef patty in both burgers were nicely marinated and tender.
