★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After years in Singapore, this is the only salon I’ll go to now. Very comfy chairs, girls are so nice and do a great job, don’t charge a bunch extra for holidays, and good packages. In reference to some complaints seen here, I’ve been going here regularly with appointments for over a year and I’ve only had to wait one time. I also like to bring my step daughter here and they are magic with her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a long time customer at exquisite, and am sad to say that I will be leaving them as it's impossible to make an appointment due to the shortage of their staff (they don't puck up the phone, on a rare occasion when they do, they don't have any spot for the next 6 weeks, when you patiently accept a long wait, only to find out the day before that “the new girl” took down a wrong booking time.) oh by the way, their new WhatsApp booking system doesn't work, so don't bother.
