The person in charge helped and explained to me in details, without selling hard and suggested bike that suits me most. Not every bicycle shop will do that especially to a newbie like me! ??

Rarely to come across a branded with affordable price and friendly staff. I was abit paiseh to push in my bike into the shop for minor service at first. After they reminded me to scan in, they serve me and help me to check. Ended up my bike just need lube ?. I dare not to enter at first, because never have good experience in 'big name' shop. Just send your bike there, hassle free. Not like those I went in bukit timah; Bike Haus act like I am transparent whike Tay Junction rude like going to beat me.

Hi all, I took up cycling around July 2020 during the Covid-19 periods and bought an awesome bike Trek Madone SLR. I love the color design and its performance and have been enjoying it every day. Other positive points, the staff's support (Dan, David, and Lawrence) at East Cost showroom are fantastic. Their knowledge of the bike products is great, able to give wise advice before any purchase. Being a novice rider, they are patient in explaining any inquiries I have. Also, they give me peace of mind when coming to bike maintenance and repair; whether it is a big or small problem, they can resolve the issue. On the downside, I feel the range of road shoes are limited; the models and sizes. Hope Trek will bring in more new models. Overall, I am grateful to the East Coast team for their friendly services and support. Keep up the good work and stay safe and healthy. Andy Chan

Only good is the brand name. Staff attitude is the worst. Reluctant to help and bad customer service experience.I’m a grab rider and my tyre got punctured while doing delivery. This shop is the nearest so i went there. Told the person i need to change the inner tube and ask how long they said because of my rack they will need one hour to fix it and more labor cost because difficult to do it. I don’t know much about bicycle but to detached the tyre from the frame is easy so i try it then the mechanic said you want to do yourself is it? If you want do you do. I won’t do it. I just said I’m trying to help cause i really in rush to deliver my order. The mechanic just reply saying you had work i also had work. I was like WTH is this attitude. They said will take more labor cost and the inner tube cost higher cause mine was a road bike. The process will take one hour. The staff said as it is difficult to replace your inner tube because the way your rack is assembled will cost your more labor cost. Like around $20 for labor and $18 for tube. I just went on to deliver my order by walking when i come back which is around 30mins later. Another young guy which was not around just now told me the total charges is $23 dollar and he said it with much better tone. So i assume if this guy not around, those two from before will just charge me $38 instead. With that kind kind of attitude? I won’t go there ever if that mechanic and that old staff still there. PERIOD!!!

Worst customer service experience! Went before 5pm for indexing issue and told to come back again by staff at storefront, reluctance to assist. Approached another staff in shop. He checked and unable to resolve after few min. No choice but to leave the bike overnight. Collected my belongings and saw the bike mounted at seatpost before I left. Went again to collect the next day but issue remains unresolved after test ride by me and staff. It was brought into workshop again. Only then the issue resolved. Only realized there is scratches on seatpost caused by bike stand when I got home. The staff lied and insisted they only clamped on bike frame. I have seen with my own eyes.. Rudeness, arrogant, non apologetic behaviors… Will never go back again.

Had a little accident that damaged my tire, came in at about 6 pm and left my bike there to replace the inner tube, mechanic couldn't guarantee that the tire can be fixed before closing hours as there are 2 other bikes on queue already but they still managed to before the closing hour. I'm thankful as im quite far from home actually
