★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been storing at this facility since 2008. The staff here are extremely helpful and kind. In particular, Mr. Chen Wei Xiang. He has been very patient with all my queries and very helpful in finding a unit for me. Overall, I have a very good experience at this facility.

Center: Clean, decently maintained and airy
Staff: Deborah was wonderful. She was customer friendly and proactive in finding a solution to our payment issue. Explained the fine print with patience and transparency.
The staff overall are quite prompt on WA and email inquiries.
Minor Con: I somehow felt that the Manager at Boon Keng needs to be more appreciative towards all customers walking in and not be selective in his approach, who to attend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agnes Cheah have been a great help in assisting me with me in the move in! The units and facilities here are very clean, & they provide trolleys and pallet jacks. Loading bay ramps are in good working condition as well. Highly recommended for a central location self storage space

I needed urgent storage for my beverage and I got professional help from Agnes, she handled everything very smoothly, all i did was to sign and move, thank you for your help. Rental is as well reasonably priced. Highly recommended!
