Met seller at Boon Keng MRT on Sunday. Let me check product and definitely original and new sealed. I appreciate that seller waited for me and understanding as I was running behind schedule. Can tell that seller is audiophile too as his product knowledge is good. Very good service as after using Jaybird for one day, realized volume was soft. But seller taught how to use product better and discover that Jaybirds are actually very loud. Great experience! Keep up the competitive prices and service! Definitely recommend seller!

An absolute gem of a shop. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and can provide insight into the products more so than the other shops in Singapore. They also provide insight into new products and what is best suited for your activity. The prices are among the lowest I’ve seen for high end bicycle electronics (at least 10% lower than local competitors). They are open to calls for discussions about products and are not pushy or simply trying to get rid of old stock. The website is incredibly easy to use, and is an accurate representation of available stock. I purchased a Wahoo ELEMNT Roam and it arrived one day after I ordered it! I had a few questions and Sir was very helpful and even offered to do some research and call me back for questions he didn’t know the answers to. Customer service is kind of a dying art these days however six five will be my go-to for all sports electronics because they appreciate their customers like nobody else.

I ordered from this website in the early morning hours of a Saturday. It was my first order and I didn't know what to expect. I received a call at 10:30am asking if they can deliver at 11:30. In Singapore I am used to wait days sometime a week for local shipment so I could hardly believe it. Especially for these Wahoo items that have been so hard to find since the pandemic started. I was kind of ready to wait a month or 2 :) That was the first pleasant surprise. When the items arrive, it was just not delivered and dropped. The guy was really nice and giving all sorts of advice as well as discussing about the cycling community in Singapore. It was really refreshing. I really can't recommend more and will definitely check this website first for my sports items and other electronic gadgets!
