β β β β β Iβve been seeing Dr Ong Sze Guan and Dr Daniel Su for quite a few years and their care has been fantastic. Their assistants are also friendly and caring. I have recommended friends and family to see them for eye care and will continue to do so.

β β β β β It was dissapointing experience with Eye&Retina Surgeons.
Receptionists were arrogant at service, waiting time to do a test was about 1 hr and the queue to pay bill was at least 15-20 min. You don't expect this at private clinics.
Also, I believe this is unreasonable to charge for patient's medical report after paying for consultation and all tests. I haven't been given any paper that states condition of my eyes, besides photos that only doctor can read.

β β β β β Prof Donald Tan always reschedule. We have been there at least 7 times. Only twice without reschedule. And the confirmation of the reschedule come only at least 1 week before our flight to Singapore which is very difficult for us to order a place to stay. The reschedule for the ticket also consume a lot of money. Please reconsider this professor as the leading surgeon in this hospital. Not professional.
We come from Indonesia and we have to pay for the reschedule fee for the ticket and the accommodation. Those are a lot of money.
